Plus great local bands: Henry Clay People, Gram Rabbit, Happy Hollows and Castledoors.
Despite the heat, crowd, and tacky carnival amtosphere, for only $30 ($15 per day), this festival is absolutely mandatory! Go green, ride the Metro. See you there.
