Festival d'Avignon

It's a little late to plan for le Festival d'Avignon, perhaps possibly the original arts festival. But it's nice to think about for the near future (I hope). Starting July 6 thru the 27th, this little French village will be host to music buffs, artists, writers, bohos, actors, dancers and the like.

I don't know much about it except really what I've read from my french book. The official website is difficult to navigate, since it's partly in French (although some of us are okay ahah). Anyway, check it out and we'll go next year!!!

Hi Janelle. Since I'm reading all of your blogs and this one happens to be about France, I have a movie suggestion for you. Tell me if you've seen this film already, I'm not sure of what you've seen yet. But if you've not seen it, you should watch this French film called "Au revoir, Les Enfants". If you have then please, share with me if you liked it or not.

J'aime voir les films veux de france.

Ehhh please excuse my bad French. I don't think I put "veux" in the right place.

Yeah, I've seen it in high school. I don't remember much of it except for how subtle the war seemed to be.
